Christmas Light Display
This Fall we are creating a Christmas Light Wonderland on our grounds as part of our Christmas outreach to the neighborhood. We could use your help turning this dream into a reality! Join Tex Shockey, Pastor Dan and their team with the October/November setup in preparation for the Lighting Ceremony November 22. See Tex or Pastor Dan at the table in the lobby or call the church at 815-623-7625.
"Deal With It" Class
On Tuesdays from Sept. 15th to Nov. 10th we will be offering our “Deal With It” Class, which is designed to help people understand and discover how to live a life of freedom and wholeness. Every individual wrestle with pain, trauma, hurt, and life circumstances in life, no one escapes it. The problem is that these things often become anchors that weigh us down in life because they are not dealt with. Come discover the freedom to break free and live the life Jesus intended for you. Every believer should attend this class!
Class will meet from 6:30-8pm in the prayer room, Tuesday nights, September 15th through November 10th.
Staff Pastor Appreciation
On Sunday, Oct. 18th we will be taking time in the service to Appreciate our Staff Pastors and support staff who work tirelessly to serve Life Church and the community. On that day we will be taking a love offering for our Staff Pastors to be divided amongst them as a visible demonstration of our love and appreciation. So please come prepared that day to give.
